Nissan Philippines recently announced its participation in the country’s Ironman 70.3 triathlon, revealing the three teams that will be heading to Cebu this April to represent the automotive brand.

The three teams are the Nissan Brand Ambassador group, the Nissan Employee group, and the Nissan Dealer Principals group. Leading the Brand Ambassador group is Matteo Guidicelli, who will kick off the triathlon in a 1.9-km swim course, followed by actress Bubbles Paraiso who will be tackling the 90-km bike segment. Nissan PH president Juan Manuel Hoyos will be taking on the 21-km run to complete the course.

Founded in 2013, the Ironman Philippines triathlon has established itself as one of the most anticipated triathlons in the country with over 2,000 participants from 46 countries, aged between 25 and 60 years old.
