Evro Hits 100,000 users as PH’s leading EV charging app

Evro, the official digital electric vehicle (EV) partner app of the ACMobility charging network, has officially surpassed 100,000 registered users, solidifying its position as the largest and most interconnected EV charging app in the Philippines.
Open to all EV makes and models, the Evro platform serves as a central digital bridge connecting EV drivers with charge point operators (CPOs) nationwide. The app currently lists over 430 EV charging hubs registered with the Department of Energy (DOE), allowing drivers to locate stations in real time, check connector availability, monitor active charging sessions, and pay via GCash or credit card.
2,339 tons of carbon emissions
Total charging sessions facilitated through Evro have helped prevent an estimated 2,339 tons of carbon emissions, equivalent to the annual emissions of 546 gasoline-powered passenger vehicles, based on US Environmental Protection Agency’s Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies standards.
The app has powered more than 100 unique EV model types across various brands operating in the country.
Operators including ACMobility, Shell Recharge, and Gigawatt Power Inc utilize the platform to provide immediate discoverability and automated billing.
Connected charging points are strategically situated across major lifestyle hubs, including Ayala Malls, Robinsons Land properties, Landers Superstore, and select Starbucks locations.
Evro chief operating officer Patrick Dela Cruz stated: “Reaching 100,000 users is an important milestone for Evro because it represents the trust that the EV community has placed in us. More than just a number, it tells us that Evro has become a meaningful part of the everyday EV journey of thousands of Filipinos—helping them find chargers, power their vehicles, and move with greater confidence.
“As the EV industry continues to grow, we remain committed to serving our users and our partners, continuously improving the Evro app and the overall charging experience to meet the evolving needs of this new and exciting mobility ecosystem.”
The Evro app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Learn more at evro.ph or explore charging infrastructure at acmobility.ph/ev-infrastructure.
VinFast RVG Program brings predictable EV resale value

To resolve consumer uncertainty surrounding second-hand market depreciation, VinFast Philippines is actively deploying its Residual Value Guarantee (RVG) Program, providing eligible buyers with a transparent, predetermined financial floor for their vehicle’s future value.
A 2025 local EV adoption study revealed that 48% of Filipino respondents believed EVs suffer steeper depreciation than internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, while 44% were uncertain about long-term EV market values. Additionally, Deloitte’s 2023 Global Automotive Consumer Study indicated that 19% of local motorists cited resale unpredictability as a key barrier to switching to battery electric vehicles (BEVs).
Fixed depreciation and buyback schedule
VinFast’s RVG program establishes a guaranteed buyback valuation calculated against the vehicle’s net invoice retail price (SRP minus promotional discounts):
o After 6 months: Guarantees up to 90% of net retail value
o After 1 year: Guarantees up to 86% of net retail value
o After 2 years: Guarantees up to 78% of net retail value
o After 3 years: Guarantees up to 70% of net retail value
For example, a VinFast VF 5 purchased at a suggested retail price (SRP) of P1.099 million maintains a guaranteed buyback value of P769,300 after 3 years, provided it complies with standard program terms (e.g., non-commercial use, under 25,000 km annually, flood-free, and accident-free condition).
Nationwide support ecosystem
The RVG program integrates into VinFast’s broader ownership framework in the Philippines, which features:
o A retail network spanning 33 dealerships and 59 service centers across key growth areas;
o Vehicle warranties extending up to 10 years or 200,000 km;
o Three years of complimentary charging across partner V-Green stations through March 31, 2029;
o 24/7 nationwide technical and roadside assistance.
By formalizing resale commitments upfront while scaling its service footprint, VinFast directly removes depreciation hesitation for first-time EV adopters.
