Honda Cars Philippines Inc (HCPI) recently held the Honda Cars Insurance Conference at Acacia Hotel Manila. The conference was an avenue for HCPI’s major insurance partners and select dealers to strengthen relationships with one another and improve collaboration in the body and paint repair business.
Insurance companies present at the conference were: Standard Insurance; BPI MS Insurance; Prudential Guarantee; Federal Phoenix Insurance; Mercantile Insurance; Malayan Insurance; Oona Insular; and MAA General Assurance.
During the conference, HCPI showcased the new and improved body and paint estimation tool to the insurance partners. Initially launched last year, the body and paint estimation tool is aligned with Japan-quality standards and gives customers an accurate estimation of cost. The new estimation tool is already integrated into the E-Checksheet being utilized by service advisors during reception. With this integration, the total estimation time will be significantly reduced, resulting in quicker turnaround time. This is just one of the steps HCPI is taking to promote transparency and convenience for customers.
The Honda Cars Insurance Conference is only the start of stronger collaboration, with the common goal of delivering greater customer satisfaction.
