Isuzu Philippines Corp (IPC) once again recognized the outstanding performance, dedication, and excellence of its nationwide dealer network during the 2025 Isuzu Dealer of the Year Awards (DOYA), honoring dealers and individuals who exemplified operational excellence and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

Winning this award for two consecutive years is a testament to Isuzu Cagayan De Oro’s disciplined operations, strong customer focus, and commitment to continuous improvement,” said IPC president Mikio Tsukui.

DOYA is the highest recognition given by IPC and evaluates dealers on a holistic scorecard covering sales performance, aftersales operations, customer satisfaction, parts availability, facility standards, and adherence to Isuzu operational policies. This award highlights the critical role of dealer excellence in sustaining Isuzu’s leadership in the commercial vehicle industry.
