Isuzu Philippines Corp (IPC) has reached a historic milestone in its “Road to 50” campaign, while simultaneously reinforcing its grassroots impact through significant fleet deliveries to local government units (LGUs). These twin achievements underscore a singular theme: The Isuzu network is growing in both market reach and its role in nation-building.
50 achieved: Isuzu Mandaluyong opens
On March 5, 2026, IPC officially opened Isuzu Mandaluyong, its 50th dealership nationwide. Located along Shaw Boulevard, the facility is operated by Iconic Dealership Inc (IDI) and ACMobility. Built under the modern Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS), the 2,201-sqm facility features a spacious showroom, a dedicated vehicle releasing area, and a service shop designed for high-traffic efficiency.
IPC president Mikio Tsukui highlighted the gravity of the occasion:
“The completion of our Road to 50 campaign is a defining achievement for Isuzu Philippines. While we celebrate reaching 50 dealerships nationwide, we also recognize that this is not the end of the journey — it is the beginning of a new chapter. Through Isuzu Mandaluyong, we further broaden our market coverage in NCR and strengthen our commitment to serving businesses and families with durable and reliable mobility solutions.”
ACMobility auto care and retail head Steve Gingco added:
“Isuzu Mandaluyong is designed to provide a premium and seamless dealership experience for our customers in this area. With its modern IOS facility, enhanced service capabilities, and customer-centered layout, we are confident that we can deliver an elevated level of sales and aftersales support that truly meets the needs of Mandaluyong’s growing community.”

The south strengthened: 20 Traviz units for Iloilo
While expanding its urban footprint, Isuzu continues to empower regional communities. Earlier, on Feb. 12, IPC and Isuzu Iloilo turned over 20 Isuzu Traviz L units to the Municipality of Lambunao. These versatile vehicles are destined for various barangays to act as multi-purpose service vehicles for emergency response, health programs, and logistics.
IPC vice president for sales Shunsuke Yasui noted the importance of dependable mobility in public service:
“This turnover highlights Isuzu Philippines’ long-standing commitment to uplifting local communities by supporting their essential operations daily. With the Isuzu Traviz, dependable mobility is now more accessible to each barangay. We are confident that these units will make a positive impact by strengthening public service operations—whether in emergency response, health programs, or community initiatives.”
The Isuzu Traviz, powered by the 4JA1 Blue Power Diesel Engine, was chosen for its ability to navigate narrow rural roads where larger trucks cannot pass. Lambunao BAC Chairman Mary Floridette Yu expressed the LGU’s gratitude:
“The Municipality of Lambunao welcomes the addition of the 20 Isuzu Traviz L units. These vehicles will greatly enhance the efficiency of our frontline teams. By equipping our barangays with dependable transport, we can better respond to community needs—from health and social services to emergency and logistical requirements.”

The road ahead
The opening of the 50th dealership and the continued support for LGUs like Lambunao reflect Isuzu’s strategy of being “closer to the customer.” Whether through state-of-the-art showrooms in Metro Manila or rugged workhorses in the Visayas, IPC is ensuring that its aftersales support and reliable vehicles are accessible to all.
Tsukui concluded: “Today, we celebrate 50 dealerships. But tomorrow, we continue the journey—stronger, united, and ready for the road ahead. Our Road to 50 is complete, but our drive for excellence never stops. We remain committed to expanding our network, strengthening our partnerships, and delivering innovative business solutions that support the evolving needs of the Philippine market.”
