ACMobility, Ayala Corp’s mobility arm and leader of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions and infrastructure in the Philippines, together with Landers Superstore, has successfully launched the first EV charging hub at Landers Vermosa Estate in Imus, Cavite. The Vermosa site is the first of 11 Landers charging hubs to be developed under a multi-year partnership, reinforcing ACMobility’s push in building the country’s EV network.
“The launch of our first Landers hub in Vermosa is a milestone in building an EV ecosystem that is practical, convenient, and future-ready,” said ACMobility mobility infrastructure head Carla Buencamino. “Through this partnership, we are able to integrate charging into the everyday lives of more Filipinos, making sustainable mobility more accessible to communities across the country.”
Following Vermosa, Landers also opened its charging hub in Arca South starting Dec. 5. Meanwhile, 9 more hubs are scheduled to open in Arcovia, Nuvali, Alabang, Balintawak, Fairview, Naga, Bacolod, Cebu, and Davao, completing the planned network of 11 Landers locations nationwide.
Superstore, now supercharged
As one of the country’s fastest-growing membership superstores, Landers has become a go-to destination for families not only for groceries, but also for dining, fuel, and lifestyle essentials. With the introduction of EV charging within its estates, Landers adds another layer of convenience and value for its members. Landers also opens its doors to EV drivers from surrounding communities who may wish to explore membership benefits and charge onsite.
“At Landers, we’ve always aimed to go beyond being just a membership superstore by offering more value and convenience to our members. We are glad that we’ve found a partner in ACMobility who shares the same vision,” said Landers Superstore deputy chief executive officer Bill Cummings. “With EV charging now part of the Landers experience, we’re making everyday convenience go hand-in-hand with the shift to more sustainable communities nationwide.”

The new Vermosa hub features two 22 kw AC chargers, and is the standard for how future Landers sites will seamlessly integrate EV charging into their estates.
700+ charge points building the Philippine EV Spine
The Landers partnership reinforces ACMobility’s broader mission of developing the Philippine EV Spine, a nationwide network of charging stations designed to enable seamless, long-distance travel for EV users across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This integrated system is not only expanding the country’s charging infrastructure, but also addressing range anxiety and improving everyday convenience, enabling Filipinos to drive electric with confidence wherever the road takes them.
“Our partnership with Landers demonstrates how a shared commitment to sustainability can be turned into real solutions for Filipinos. As we continue building the Philippine EV Spine, our goal is to serve more areas nationwide and harness the power of shared vision to make electric mobility truly accessible and convenient for all,” added Buencamino.

The Landers Vermosa EV charging hub is now open daily during store hours, allowing EV owners to charge while shopping or dining. For more information on ACMobility’s charging network and partnership opportunities, visit https://acmobility.ph.
