Furthermore, the initiative provides direct financial assistance of P100,000 to individual families for each fatality suffered during the disaster.

Isuzu joins ACN Caravan to aid Marawi Church rebuilding

Isuzu Philippines Corp (IPC) partnered with Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) to serve as the official mobility partner for the Caravan for Peace and Solidarity-Padayon sa Prelatura sa Marawi. Led by ACN, a global pontifical foundation handling pastoral and humanitarian initiatives, the nationwide caravan aims to raise awareness and rebuilding funds for the Prelature of St. Mary in Marawi ahead of its 50th anniversary this November.

IPC deployed an Isuzu NMR medium-duty truck to handle the caravan’s cross-country logistical and cargo transport requirements. Engineered for long-distance durability, the vehicle is powered by Isuzu’s Blue Power diesel engine to ensure fuel efficiency and continuous operation across both urban and provincial road conditions. The mission is fully backed by Isuzu’s nationwide dealer network for seamless aftersales support and parts availability.

IPC sales division head Robert Carlos said: “At Isuzu, we believe that being a responsible partner goes beyond providing vehicles—it means supporting initiatives that uplift communities and create lasting impact. Through this collaboration with ACN, we are honored to play a part in helping bring hope to Marawi. No contribution is too small when it comes to rebuilding lives and strengthening communities.”

ACMobility, IDI donate Isuzu water tanker to Red Cross

ACMobility, alongside dealer principal Iconic Dealership (IDI) through its Isuzu Pasig branch, formally turned over a 6-wheeler Isuzu FVR34 Q Euro-IV truck configured as an 8,000-liter water tanker to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC). Backed by Isuzu Philippines Corp (IPC), the purpose-built vehicle will directly support PRC’s disaster management operations, specifically targeting emergency water distribution and hygiene promotion in water-scarce, disaster-hit areas across Cebu.

The medium-duty Isuzu FVR34 features a reinforced chassis frame engineered for heavy-duty payload stability, high axle capacities, and easy engine serviceability for rapid emergency deployment. The truck is powered by a Euro IV-compliant Isuzu 6HK1-TCN Blue Power diesel engine designed to deliver operational uptime and low maintenance costs under demanding public service conditions.

ACMobility CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala said during the ceremony, “These Isuzu trucks are more than the commercial vehicles they started out as—they are mobile lifelines, purpose-built to bring relief and hope. In times of crisis, the durability, reliability and power that Isuzu builds into every one of its vehicles gives the Philippine Red Cross the strength to push through.”
