Dongfeng Motors Philippines has officially launched the Dongfeng E70 Pro, its first-ever fully electric sedan. The unveiling was held at Dongfeng Motors Ortigas and brought together key leaders from Legado Motors Inc, the official distributor of Dongfeng vehicles in the Philippines.
In attendance were president and CEO Wilbert Lim, deputy CEO Brennan Lim, chief finance officer Regina Singson Lim, and vice president for sales and operations Giovanni Frias. They were joined by dealer-partners and stakeholders.
This launch signals a new chapter for Dongfeng Motors PH. In a time when fuel costs are rising, environmental challenges persist, and demand for smart, clean, and affordable mobility grows, the E70 Pro emerges as a timely solution for both public and private transportation.

The E70 Pro is priced at ₱1,198,000.
The event also introduced TaxiKo EV, a ride-hailing concept based on the E70 Pro platform. Its debut gave guests a glimpse into what may be the future of on-demand transportation in the country. That excitement was backed by real demand. By the end of the event, 65 vehicle reservations were made on the spot, with units delivered to some customers the same day.
