Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) Corp’s Toyota Insure program has formalized new partnerships with insurance providers Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corp and Maagap Insurance Inc.
Through this partnership, TMP’s customers will be able to have more options in choosing reliable and convenient insurance partners suited for all their overall Toyota Insure experience.
Toyota Insure, one of TMP’s value chain products, is an exclusive insurance service offering customers access to full-coverage insurance policies at competitive rates. The program ensures a seamless experience through hassle-free claims processing, free personal accident coverage, and guaranteed repairs at Toyota dealerships using genuine Toyota parts. Toyota Insure also supports dealerships by increasing after-sales business and customer touchpoints, leading to higher customer retention.
With this expansion of Toyota Insure, TMP continues to enhance its customer experience beyond Toyota ownership by offering its value chain products through the entire vehicle use cycle. TMP provides an array of choices that suit the customers’ needs—from financing (Toyota Financial Services) to insurance (Toyota Insure) and when upgrading their Toyota through trade-ins (T-Sure). “These offerings provide customer satisfaction and a unique experience that sets Toyota apart,” said TMP first vice president for value chain operations Mike Masamayor.
“We are truly excited to partner with TMP as part of our ongoing commitment to deliver meaningful and accessible insurance solutions that support how Filipinos move, work, and live every day,” said Maagap Insurance president and CEO Martin L. Dela Rosa. “Toyota Insure has built an impressive legacy of trust by providing seamless, dealership-integrated insurance solutions that offer vehicle owners real peace of mind across the country. By joining forces with such a highly respected partner, we are combining the strengths of two trusted brands that share a deep commitment to innovation, reliability, and putting customers first,” he added.

“Pioneer believes that collaborating with Toyota will meaningfully support our common goal of supporting the economic growth of the Philippines. For our part, we aim to provide Toyota owners with the protection they need and the service they deserve,” said Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corp president and CEO Atty. Betty Medialdea. “We aim to do our best in supporting the brand’s growth and assist our mutual clients and the transport industry,” she added.
Toyota Insure has partnered with 5 other insurance companies: AXA Philippines, Malayan Insurance, People’s General Insurance, Standard Insurance, and Stronghold Insurance Company Inc. They provide customers with service that covers Toyota Insure benefits. Since its launch in 2015, Toyota Insure has experienced robust growth, establishing itself as the trusted insurance provider for Toyota vehicles.
