- 1/2 avocado
- Vegan dressing or mayonnaise
- Mixed greens
- Red cabbage
- Sliced lemon wedges
- Prepare french fries in the oven as instructed on the packaging or from fresh.
- Cut the avocados into chunks and shred the salad and red cabbage.
