Quorn Vegan ‘Fish and Chips’

  • 4 Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers
  • 100 g french fries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Vegan dressing or mayonnaise
  • Mixed greens
  • Red cabbage
  • Sliced lemon wedges


  1. Prepare french fries in the oven as instructed on the packaging or from fresh.
  2. Cut the avocados into chunks and shred the salad and red cabbage.
  3. Cook the Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers as instructed on the packaging.
  4. Make a cone out of parchment paper or wax paper and fill with Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers, french fries, avocado, salad and red cabbage.
