- 100 g french fries
- 1/2 avocado
- Vegan dressing or mayonnaise
- Mixed greens
- Red cabbage
- Sliced lemon wedges
Procedure:
- Prepare french fries in the oven as instructed on the packaging or from fresh.
- Cut the avocados into chunks and shred the salad and red cabbage.
- Cook the Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers as instructed on the packaging.
- Make a cone out of parchment paper or wax paper and fill with Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers, french fries, avocado, salad and red cabbage.
