“We at HARI welcome the release of two recent international survey results that affirm Hyundai’s identity as the Filipino’s lifetime mobility partner.
“First, the 2018 edition of the prestigious Initial Quality Study by JD Power has Hyundai among the top three brands. This represents a big jump from our 8th-place ranking in 2017. The Hyundai Tucson also received recognition from JD Power as the best performing among Hyundai vehicles in the survey. The annual survey measures the number of mechanical problems and issues that new vehicle owners experience during the first 90 days of ownership.
“Hyundai has also been named the Most Satisfying Popular Brand in AutoPacific’s 2018 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards. Hyundai ranked first in this survey of 58,000 new vehicle owners covering 40 criteria. Notably, our Elantra took the top spot in the compact car category.
“This recognition of our unrivalled product quality comes on the heels of HARI’s blockbuster first quarter of 2018, when we earned three awards for our world-class service. We received awards for excellence in Commercial Vehicles, Passenger Car Sales, and Customer Satisfaction in After Sales.
